"I really enjoyed, and will sincerely miss, working with Karin Antoni as my personal trainer. Due to her physical therapy training she has an excellent understanding of body mechanics and was able to tailor a weight training program to enhance my cardiovascular activities (cycling and skiing) and help strengthen my weaknesses (herniated lumbar disc, intermittent knee pains and chronic levator scapuli spasm). While working with her I also participated in the LEAN program for weight loss, and appreciated her input with that. I am a fairly critical consumer and, due to my training as a primary care physician, I often find that my knowledge outweighs that of trainers and coaches. However, I felt that Karin had an excellent knowledge base and found that she consistently worked to add to that knowledge base throughout the 2 years we worked together.
